The purpose of this contribution is to create a multi-year prevention and intervention strategy that consists of two initiatives of a Gang Reduction Through Informed Practice (GRIP) two-day symposium and the expansion of Concern for Youth to support the community and youth in the reduction of gang and gun violence.
