Grants and Contributions:
First, Christchurch Call Foundation (CCF) will pilot interventions designed to support mitigating terrorist and violent extremist content (TVEC) risks in new technology sectors. Second, through a partnership with Robust Open Online Safety Tools (ROOST) the project will support the development of open-source safety tools designed to mitigate TVEC risk, particularly for smaller platforms and companies. Third, by engaging its multi-stakeholder community, CCF will support broader adoption of interventions, tools, and best practices developed throughout the project that advance the goal of eliminating TVEC online.
The Community Resilience Fund (CRF) provides time limited funding to support organizations working to improve Canada's knowledge on prevention and countering violent extremism.
