Description:
The purpose of this contribution is to implement a direct intervention project, the Youth Engagement Hub, which will address identified criminogenic risk and protective factors facing vulnerable youth in Surrey BC. The youth will be provided with mentorship, recreational activities, skill-building workshops, and case-managed interventions.

Expected Results:
The project will target at-risk individuals and will result in positive changes in risk and protective factors among at-risk youth, and ultimately reduce offending among targeted populations. The project will foster community collaboration by establishing referral pathways with schools, law enforcement, social services, and local businesses to provide coordinated support for youth.
