The Southern Chiefs' Organization Inc. (SCO) aims to develop First Nations policing options for the Member Nations it represents. This feasibility study will support the creation of regional Indigenous policing models as well as identify training gaps for SCO First Nation Safety Officers (FNSOs) and providing targeted training to enhance their ability to serve SCO communities effectively.
