Short term outcomes:
• Targeted at-risk individuals and populations are reached through support and interventions provided by projects; and
• Increased knowledge of effective crime prevention resources, tools and best practices.
- Implementation of group activities, including mentorship, recreational activities, and skill building workshops.

Intermediate Outcomes:
• Positive changes in risk and protective factors among at-risk children and youth;
• Positive changes in risk and protective factors for youth at risk of involvement in crimes such as those related to gangs and drugs;
• Positive changes in risk and protective factors for high risk offenders in communities; and
• Utilization of more effective strategies to prevent and reduce crime.

Ultimate Outcomes:
• Reduced offending among targeted populations.
- Decrease participation in high-risk activities such as criminal behaviour, gang involvement, and substance use, among youth by strengthening their bonds with family, culture and their ancestral lands.
