It will also focus on encouraging the broader community to work towards a safer community by focusing on their Youth.

Expected Results:

The expected outcomes of the Neqotkuk Soaring Eagles Youth Wellness 3-Year Innovative Response Project 2015-2018 is an increase in self‑esteem and self-worth to counter the impact of normalized violence and abuse in the community. This will encourage youth towards independence and healthy relationships with self and others and will also empower them to explore leadership skills. Support and mentoring youth workers will enable them to become gender role models and peer mentors through program delivery.
