Description:

Completion of construction for repairs to the Kelso Dam to address identified structural deficiencies including inlet and outlet stability, toe drain deficiencies, emergency spillway deficiencies and to eliminate piping.
Protection of downstream public/people, infrastructure from flooding and erosion forces and to provide low-flow augmentation.
All Stream 4 projects must provide a project report to Public Safety Canada upon completion of the project.
This project will respect the applicable guidelines, standards and/or methodologies of the province/territory in which it is being undertaken.
