Seven projects from Cycle 3 have requested an amendment due to underspending in fiscal year 2018-19, cause by delayed start dates, prolonged procurement processes and unfavourable weather, reduced staff availability and unforeseen site conditions. A total of $75,043.14 Public Safety (PS) funding was lapsed in FY 2018-19, due to the delays. PS funding increased from $9,738,816.06 to $9,813,859.20 for cycle 5 projects.
