Grants and Contributions:
Decrease the time required to complete forensic examination of seized devices; prevention and disruption of continued victimization of children; increase in number of: Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) victims identified, ICE charges laid, persons charged with ICE offences, ICE investigations completed; identified child victims; decrease reactive mode of ICE units in province; increased and enhanced capacity of ICE investigative teams across Ontario; increased skills and abilities of undercover operations on the Dark Web resulting in infiltration of organized groups.
CPCSOC supports initiatives, research, partnership building, specialized police services, projects and programs to increase knowledge, raise awareness and/or help advance efforts to combat serious and organized crime, through funding allocations to eligible recipients.
