This first Amendment is to remove the requirement to distinguish between Vote 5 (non-RCMP) and Vote 1 (RCMP) expenses in advance of each fiscal year; provide greater flexibility in selecting ultimate recipients; expand the list of eligible activities associated with the project, remove the requirement associated with reallocations greater than 20% within a current fiscal year, update contact information, update the project description and workplan, revise the project budget based on New Brunswick’s request to re-profile funds from the 2018-19; 2019-20 and 2020-21 fiscal years into subsequent years; extend the project duration by two fiscal years to a new end date of March 31, 2025; and streamline and simplify the reporting requirements. The total agreement value is unchanged.
