Description:
The purpose of the contribution is to support a low barrier, collaborative project that prioritizes the most high-risk youth who have multiple risk factors associated with criminal behaviour. The project will provide evidence-based interventions matched to the level of need, targeting high-risk transitional aged youth between the ages of 16 to 24 years old.
