Expected Results:

Direct outputs are development, delivery and reporting of two educational programs that will help create a significant level of SAR prevention awareness among youth when on the land or water. include increased sharing of knowledge across the North about being prepared, resulting in a reduction in the frequency and severity of SAR incidents. A SAR incident prevention culture will be instilled in youth, creating a “help yourself” approach through education, awareness, and available online resources. The increased sharing of knowledge and techniques will be sustained through ongoing school programming.
