Description:
This agreement will fund detachment construction, including office space, holding cells, and electrical and security infrastructure at the new facility that will be a single-story police facility with an area of approximately 5,564 square feet with a sally port and storage area that will meet the National Building Code. The project will be inspected by the Contract Administrator and Design Team during construction. The fire suppression systems will be signed off by a certified inspector or installer upon completion.
