Through the Nishnawbe-Aski Nation (NAN) Legal Restorative Justice department, the Community Safety Justice Empowerment project will focus its target population on four First Nation Communities within northern Ontario. Initiatives will bring together community members to develop community-based prevention and intervention strategies to tackle gun and gang activities.
