Description:
This project will result in the design and construction of a new police detachment in Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug (KI) First Nation together with all necessary furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the delivery of effective police services to the community. This project will support the delivery of professional, dedicated and responsive policing services and improve the safety and well-being of the occupants of police facility.

The remoteness of the community requires the infrastructure be modernized and built for northern conditions, to advance and support the policing services in the area with positive relationships with community.
