The project aims to provide a stimulating, safe, and participatory living environment for at-risk youth aged 16 to 25 living in disadvantaged neighborhoods in Longueuil (Carillon, Sacré-Cœur, Vieux-Longueuil, or Notre-Dame-de-Grâce). The main objective of this project is to reduce violence and the influence of youth gangs by addressing the risk and protective factors specific to this age group, which has limited access to services tailored to their reality. The project will ensure continuity of services for approximately 375 young people from vulnerable backgrounds.
