The population that uses the facility will feel safer from hate-motivated incidents/crimes following the purchase and installation of a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, training on the use of the newly installed equipment, and the purchase and installation of hostile vehicle mitigation barriers in their community gathering space.
