This project hopes to help GSAR volunteers save lives in isolated communities using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAS) assets until CAF or other aeronautical SAR resources arrive by providing remote community SAR operators with the knowledge of how best to use inexpensive and easily accessible Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UAS resources and Situational Awareness applications.
