Program Purpose:
The project's purpose is to develop a Team Leadership Training Program which will enable teams in Ontario to enhance the way they search, provide them with advancement through education and maintain higher levels of safety as well as assist with membership retention. The project will also provide professional training and run multijurisdictional exercises throughout the province.
