This 8-month project will bring together theatre professionals and stakeholders in Quebec to assess women’s participation in the sector, and develop recommendations to support gender equality. Consultations and the development and implementation of a five-day event entitled “Chantier féministe” (Feminist Think Tank), will lead to recommendations to increase women’s access to different trades and occupations in the sector.
