This project organized a one-day seminar held in Ottawa on September 21, 2023, to present the key insights and findings from the Innovation Policy Lab’s research on the impacts of federal innovation programs on Canada’s scale-up firms and begin to analyze and identify the policy implications.

Policy makers from provincial governments, regional development agencies, academia, innovation hubs and accelerators, and private industry will be able to leverage research results to update or augment their existing programs and policies to better support Canada’s scale-up firms and ultimately support the strengthening of the Canadian economy.
