Description:
The objective of this research project is to take stock of major Canadian government digital program and project delivery and performance challenges and of the best practices that are used in countries, at the federal or sub-national level.

Expected Results:
In the short-term, the project will provide access to an expanded knowledge base related to public sector or public service policy issues and prepare a research report inclusive of preliminary recommendations which may guide further research. In the longer run, the research outcomes will provide a view into trends related to approaches that are proven successful at delivering large-scale, transformational initiatives and improve project outcomes.
