Indigenous and other communities have the training and equipment needed to understand and access real-time information on marine activities Marine training schools develop programs/curricula that improve the access of Indigenous and other underrepresented groups to marine training Northern communities have the infrastructure and equipment needed to improve the safety of resupply operations Vessel owners are aware of their responsibilities Vessels of concern in Canadian waters are addressed.
