Transport Canada issued the funding agreement on behalf of Office of Infrastructure of Canada. The projected agreement end date was modified. The English recipient legal name was modified. Amendment #1: the recipient entered into an amending agreement March 24 2011 in order to add a new project which is phase 2 of reconstruction Project of route 185 into a divided four-lane motorway. Amendment #2: the recipient entered into an amending agreement May 17 2013 to do extend the Agreement end-date to March 31 2020. No change to total TC contribution for AG. Amendment #3: the recipient entered into an amending agreement April 7 2016 to reduce Canada's contribution to Phase 2 of the Route 185 reconstruction Project to a maximum of $ 167 million of the Eligible Costs of this project as of July 2 2010. Amendment #4: the recipient entered into an amending agreement March 27 2020 to do extend the Agreement end-date to March 31 2021.
