The project will develop a playbook designed to help Ontario-based small- and medium -sized enterprises to raise awareness of Veterans as a talent pool that can alleviate current recruitment challenges and modify best practice programs, tools,and processes currently used in large enterprises with formal Veteran hiring programs to create a playbook suitable for time-strapped small- and medium-sized business owners with limited HR and recruitment capacity.
