Description:

This 36-month project will address organizational capacity needs in order to allow Planned Parenthood Ottawa-Carleton (PPO) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Specifically, organizational capacity will be enhanced through the cultivation and growth of PPO's strategic partnerships by developing and implementing a community engagement strategy; the refinement and strengthening of PPO's brand by developing and implementing a communications strategy; and, the enhancement of the financial sustainability of PPO by developing and implementing a fundraising strategy.
