Description:

This 35-month project will address organizational capacity needs in order to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Specifically, organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development and implementation of new financial systems, including the provision of training support to WAVAW’s finance team; the development and implementation of new human resource systems and materials; and, the development of a new strategic plan and corresponding fundraising strategy, including the marketing and communications required to facilitate the organization’s rebranding.
