Description:
This 36-month project will address organizational capacity needs in order to allow Feminists Deliver to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Feminists Deliver’s organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development and implementation of a strategic plan; the development and implementation of an advocacy strategy; the development and implementation of necessary organizational policies and procedures; the development of a sustainability strategy; and, the decolonization of all organizational practices, activities, documents, and approaches.

It is consistent with Government of Canada priorities related to economic prosperity, and supports Canada’s international commitments related to gender equality.
