Description:
This 36-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples, its provincial affiliates, and partner Indigenous organizations to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. The organization will undertake research and analyze project outcomes in order to identify the elements needed to sustain the use of gender equality resources and tools beyond the funding lifecycle. The findings will shape the creation of a “Sustainability Guide” as well as a “Gender Equality Guide,” with participating organizations trained and supported to implement the strategies within ongoing programming.
