Description:
This 35-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity needs will be enhanced through partnership, strategic planning, results-based management, and gender-based analysis.
The project will also strengthen the organization’s capacity to expand partnerships, develop tools and plans, and increase management and development activities for continued stability to implement trauma-informed, community-led initiatives for Inuit women, children, mothers, and families in Nunavut.
