Description:

This 17-month project aims to strengthen the capacity of the Archives lesbiennes du Québec to promote LGBTQ2 equality. The following activities will achieve the project's objectives: build management capacity internally and within the Board of Directors, develop a strategic plan and increase record management skills. By the end of the project, the organization will have increased its knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.
