Description:

This 17-month project will strengthen the capacity of Rainbow Resource Centre Inc. to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by building managerial capacity and increasing access to evidence, data, information, and knowledge sources. At the end of the project, the organization will have completed the Imagine Canada Standards application; a full policy inventory with updated policies; and a strategic plan, including operational plan, key performance indicators, evaluation framework, and reporting tools.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
