Description:
The aim of this 33-month project is to develop a strategic plan for the organization in order to reorganize and strengthen RECAF's organizational capacities. The concept of gender will be integrated into the organization's system of operations, allowing the organization to better meet the socio-economic needs of Francophone women and girls of ethno-cultural origin and contribute to gender equality. The financial and time supplement is granted to allow RECAF to finalize the drafting and promotion of a manual on the concept of gender, and to strengthen the capacities of the Francophone community network in Ontario to serve Francophone women and girls of ethnocultural origin.
