Description:
This 47-month project will address organizational needs to enable the organization to continue contributing to gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: strategic planning; the development of a networking strategy; and the development of a sustainability plan that includes communication strategies.
The additional funding will be used to make the organizational management adjustments necessary following the pandemic; develop a retention strategy for staff, administrators and volunteers; and develop virtual service tools as well as new fundraising tools.
