Description:

This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow YWCA Sudbury to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced by building and maintaining a culture of leadership continuity. The additional funding will cover the costs of implementing the Women In Safe Housing (W.I.S.H.) database to help deliver online staff training and development sessions.
