Description:
This 16-month project will strengthen the capacity of Generous Space Ministries to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by building managerial capacity through strategic planning; improving access to funding opportunities by developing knowledge and expertise in grant writing and diversifying funding sources; amplifying sector capacity at large by enhancing organization’s skill base; increasing access to evidence, data, information and knowledge sources by conducting community research; improving the human resources management capacity by establishing recruitment, training and retention strategies; and strengthening collaboration among organizations.
At the end of the project, the organization will have increased knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.
