Description:
This 47-month project will increase organizational capacity so that the organization can continue to promote social and systemic change to achieve gender equity. Organizational capacity will be strengthened through the following activities: improving board governance and leadership; developing and implementing a strategic plan; improving financial sustainability; and developing strategic partnerships with other organizations dedicated to the advancement of women at the provincial, territorial and national levels.
A supplement has been allocated to develop a social enterprise model for the organization.
