Description:
This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: the development of a strategic plan through improved performance management, human resources, and board governance tools and processes; increased organizational sustainability through the development of a social enterprise model; and partnership development through shared training programs and tools.
The supplemental funds will be used to increase additional capacity building activities, Human Resources services, and improve capacity to serve clients.
