Description:
This 47-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: strategic planning, partnership development, collaboration and networking, implementation of results-based management; organizational financial health and human resources management.
The additional funds will be used to cover consultant’s costs for various items (strategic plan, fund development plan, key performance indicators/results based management).
