The Elizabeth Fry Society of Northeastern Ontario, in partnership with the Elizabeth Fry Society Simcoe Muskoka, will achieve this by conducting a feminist organizational restructuring, assessing the existing research and knowledge on barriers in Central and Northern Ontario for marginalized, racialized and criminalized women and gender diverse individuals, forming a Women’s Lived Experience Advisory Board and developing its networks and partners, developing a Feminist Systemic Action Plan, and setting a process for sustainability of efforts.
