Description:
With this 26-month project, Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic through systemic change. The project will address systemic barriers within the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention of women in the electricity industry.
At the end of the project, the organization will have contributed to addressing systemic barriers by advancing inclusive policies and practices and increasing networks and collaboration to accelerate systemic change. The project will support a positive distribution of authority, voices, and decision-making power, while addressing persistent harmful gender norms to support women’s equality.
