Description:
This 30-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. The Minerva Foundation for BC Women will achieve this by convening a youth advisory group, engaging partner organizations and by designing, developing, and delivering reciprocal learning sessions where participants will collaborate to address gendered attitudes that persist in the workplace and encourage women to seek and succeed in leadership.
At the end of the project, the organization will have contributed to addressing systemic barriers by increasing networks and collaboration to accelerate systemic change and by addressing persistent harmful gender norms and attitudes to support women's equality.
