Description:
This 12-month project is a phase 2 of the project Incorporation & Development of Infrastructure of SPNN. It will strengthen the capacity and networks of Senior Pride Network Niagara to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by (1) establishing an advisory group to ensure an intersectional approach at each stage of the project’s life cycle; (2) creating and implementing an organizational strategic plan; and (3) developing sector skills through outreach and educational sessions.
At the end of the project, the organization will have increased organizational capacity to advance equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression; and established collaborations, shared resources and provided coaching to partners to enhance support for the region’s LGBTQ2 community.
