Description:
This 11-month project is Phase 2 of the Project SO20146 “Rainbow Klub Capacity And Governance Development” will strengthen the capacity of The KLUB Community Centre to advance LGBTQ2+ equality. This will be achieved through the following activities: develop a multi-year plan, further internal operational policies and procedures, build internal capacity to provide community events, develop social media plan/map, evaluation tools, improve financial literacy and financial sustainability, create a volunteer engagement strategy, complete training on Anti-Racist/Anti-Oppression, De-escalation, Conflict Resolution and Safe® Spaces.
At the end of the project, the organization will have increased knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression to support the 2SLGBTQ+ movement.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
