At the end of the project, the organization will have increased its board and staff capacity, established solid territorial networks, joined, and participated in Pan-Canadian networks, developed a strategic, marketing and advocacy plans, evaluation framework, and governance model that will lead to the creation of a community driven and well-organized pride centre in the Yukon. Supplemental funds will be used to review and update the strategic plan, roles and organization structure, and leadership development; advance community engagement and LGBTQ2 equity through an intersectional approach; and amplify organizational presence and impact in the community through the implementation of a marketing strategy, rebranding, and the development of an advocacy strategy.
