Description:
This 58-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of an organizational Response-Based approach to family violence. The additional funds will be used to strengthen leadership capacity by utilizing specialized assessment tools and facilitating leadership development sessions, led by certified coaches. Technological capacity will also be increased through the development of a webinar that will raise awareness of a promising new concept for addressing gender-based violence.
