Description:
This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of improved and sustainable board governance and human resources management strategies, organizational frameworks, policies, procedures, practices and documentation.
The additional funds will be used to update the current recruitment process, establish and implement comprehensive retention strategy, and develop program specific logic models.
