Description:
This 56-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Native Women Inc.'s Niagara Chapter to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a strategic fundraising strategy, focusing on the development of two annual fundraising events, and the establishment of an Events Planning Committee to ensure the sustainability of this strategy. Supplemental funding in 2023 will be used to assess and renew the organization’s strategic plan and to develop and implement an organizational succession plan.
