Description:
This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: building financial capacity; improving board governance; developing and implementing a strategic plan; building partnerships and collaborations to support organizational growth; and a transition to improved stability. The additional funds and extension in time will allow the organization to create and implement a succession plan and provide leadership training to management staff as well as implement a digital information management system.
