Description:
This 47-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: develop and implement new financial systems, provide training support to Salal’s finance team; develop and implement new human resources systems and materials; support the development of a new strategic plan and corresponding fundraising strategy and the marketing and communications required to facilitate the organization’s rebranding. Supplemental funds will be used to create and launch a fundraising strategy, develop a human resources employee development strategy and performance management, and conduct infrastructure and succession planning.
